Dr. Elliott Rosenbaum – Founder
Dr. Elliott Rosenbaum is a board-certified psychologist and master life coach. He received his master’s level training at Johns Hopkins University and his Doctor of Psychology degree from The George Washington University. Dr. Rosenbaum served in the U.S. Navy as an active duty psychologist, working with hundreds of military members and their families and was awarded the Navy Commendation Medal for his innovative work in mental health and resiliency promotion. It was in the Navy that he discovered his passion for coaching and received over 500 hours of coach-specific training. He is the author of The Valued Self and The Essential Self, which describe his innovative approach to self-improvement. Dr. Rosenbaum is most passionate about working with individuals and companies to learn how to listen deeply to each other and stimulate transformational thinking.
Michell Stanley – LICSW, Master Certified Life Coach (MCC)
Michell Stanley is a licensed psychotherapist and certified life coach. She completed her graduate degree at the top-ranked school of social work at Washington University in St. Louis. Michell worked as a mental health clinician in Washington D.C.’s government and school systems. Michell’s public service culminated in the successful implementation of the District of Columbia’s first youth diversion program in 2009. After 10 years of clinical experience and self-study through yoga, Michell started Moksha Living, a holistic psychotherapy and life coaching practice in Washington, D.C. It was in this work, integrating yoga and psychotherapy, that Michell realized the desire of so many people to bring passion and fulfillment into their lives and careers. Michell became certified as a life coach with ASPLC to help individuals and organizations align their passions with their vocations in order to increase fulfillment and job satisfaction. Michell is the director of the ASPLC -Washington D.C. Campus. She trains individuals and organizations in being able to listen, think, and coach in the tradition of her esteemed mentor and founder of the ASPLC, Dr. Elliott Rosenbaum.

Sara Oliveri – MAPP, Master Certified Life Coach (MCC)
Sara Oliveri coaches people to live happier lives and to operate happier organizations. She is a life coach & speaker based in Washington, D.C. and one of fewer than 300 people in the world to earn her master’s degree in positive psychology – the science of human thriving. She is an adjunct faculty member at George Mason University where she teaches “Understanding Human Happiness and Well-being.” And she recently gave a popular TEDx talk on “The Two Steps to Lifelong Happiness.” She received her degree in positive psychology from The University of Pennsylvania.

Rina Hovey – Master Certified Life Coach (MCC)
Rina is a Master Certified Life Coach (CLC) and Life Coach Trainer. She is passionate about aiding clients and students in discovering and working towards their goals and dreams. As a Certified Yoga Teacher, she teaches students about the mind-body connection and taking care of the body in order to fulfill the intentions of the mind. Rina is passionate about training individuals and companies in the art of empathic listening, bringing harmony and great thinking to the forefront of every coaching and training experience.
Doug Wilder teaches “The Business of Coaching” course at ASPLC which teaches newly certified coaches the art of building a thriving coaching practice. He particularly teaches the principles of marketing, sales, networking, de-stressing, laughter, leadership, public speaking, communication, listening, employee relations, fixing great but difficult employees (or bosses), finding a purpose, goal setting, being bold, and achieving success. His Purpose is to inspire talented people to find and live by their Purpose. He has been coaching for over 19 years.
Laban has a background in psychology, interpersonal communications and human relations. He is a Certified Life Coach (CLC) and has worked extensively in the non-profit sector since 2006. His experience includes non-profit management, leadership coaching, and individual life coaching. He also specializes in small group team facilitation and coaching. He enjoys working with individuals and groups who are looking to dig deeper into understanding who they are in order to maximize their potential.
